Most of what leaves the Jiaxing plant is made to a customer drawing rather than a catalogue page: stepped and flanged sleeves, grooved bores, large diameters, inch sizes, special alloys, wear plates and segments. Send the drawing, or the dimensions with the duty, and a sample follows within days.

A custom bushing is any plain bearing outside the standard series: a non-standard size, wall, flange or groove; a special alloy or layer; a stepped, slotted, threaded or drilled form; or a standard part with extra features. Bushing MFG machines them from bar and plate on 25 CNC machines and forms them from strip on 20 automated lines, in every material it makes standard bushings in.

Non-standard sleeves
Any bore, wall and length within Ø3–1000 mm in machined materials; metric or inch; tolerances to your drawing.
Flanged, stepped and shouldered bushings
Integral flanges of any diameter and thickness, stepped outside or inside diameters, shoulders that replace a washer.
Grooved and drilled bores
Straight, spiral, figure-eight and customer groove patterns; radial oil holes positioned to the housing feed; external retaining grooves.
Large diameters and segments
Bronze and graphite-plugged bronze rings to Ø1000 mm, split and segmented liners, curved wear plates.
Thrust washers and wear plates
Grooved, tabbed, drilled and counterbored, flat or curved, in bronze, composite and graphite bronze.
Special alloys and layers
Aluminium bronze, C86300, lead-free tin bronzes; stainless or bronze backs on composite; lead-free running layers.
Formed parts
Wrapped bimetal, wrapped bronze and composite bushings in non-standard diameters, lengths and flanges once the volume justifies tooling.

What the drawing needs to say
A complete drawing gets a quotation in 12 hours and a sample without a second round of questions. If there is no drawing, the same items as a list will do.
- Dimensions and tolerances. Bore, outside diameter, length, flange, chamfers; the fit class (for example bore H7 after pressing, outside diameter s6) or the shaft and housing dimensions so we can propose one.
- Material. Alloy or series by number (C93200, JBM-800, JBM-10) or the duty: load, speed, temperature, lubrication, environment.
- Lubrication features. Groove pattern, oil-hole diameter and angular position relative to the load and the housing feed, or the housing drawing.
- Shaft and housing. Shaft material, hardness, finish and tolerance; housing material and bore tolerance. Fits are set against these.
- Surface and marking. Surface roughness, plating or coating, part marking and packaging requirements.
- Quantity and programme. Sample, batch and annual quantity; delivery schedule; certificates and reports required (material certificate, CMM report, PPAP).

Bronze samples are machined and shipped in 3–5 working days; samples of standard and custom parts are free. Formed parts follow once tooling is agreed.
Approval
You test the sample in the application. A CMM dimensional report is issued on request; PPAP Level 3 documentation for automotive programmes.
Production
Batch or scheduled production on 25 CNC machines and 20 automated lines under the ISO 9001 system, with raw-material certificates for the stock.
Repeat orders
Drawing, material and inspection plan are held on file; repeat orders quote and ship faster.

- Measuring or reverse-engineering a used bushing: send a drawing or the dimensions you have measured on the part, and we quote from those
- Rolling-element bearings (ball, roller, needle) and their housings
- Pins, shafts, seals and complete assemblies; we advise on the pin specification but manufacture the bushing
- Claims of interchangeability by part number alone: every cross-reference is checked dimension by dimension

What is the minimum order for a custom bushing?
There is none. A single machined part is quoted and made; samples of standard and custom parts are free.
How fast can I get a sample?
Machined bronze samples ship in 3–5 working days from an approved drawing. Steel, composite and formed parts are confirmed with the quotation.
What file formats do you accept?
PDF drawings are enough to quote; STEP or DXF files help for complex forms. A dimensioned sketch or a list of dimensions with the duty also works.
Can you match a competitor or OE part number?
Yes, after comparing dimensions and material with the part or its drawing. Interchangeability is confirmed part by part, not from the number alone.
What certificates and reports are available?
A raw-material certificate for the stock is standard. A CMM dimensional report, PPAP Level 3 documentation and salt-spray testing to 720 hours are provided on request. The quality system is ISO 9001 certified; IATF 16949 applies to automotive programmes.
Can you measure my old bushing and make a copy?
No; measuring used parts is not a service we offer. Measure the housing bore and the pin on unworn surfaces, or send the drawing, and we quote from your dimensions.
