Enquiry data
When you send the quotation form or an e-mail we receive the details you enter: name, company, e-mail address, country, quantity, message and any drawing you attach. We use them only to answer the enquiry and to prepare the quotation, sample and order that follow from it. Enquiry data is kept for as long as the commercial relationship requires and deleted on request.
Server logs and hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. Standard server logs (IP address, requested page, time, browser) are processed to deliver the pages and to protect the site against abuse, and are kept for a limited period.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no marketing cookies. Privacy-preserving, aggregated usage statistics may be collected without identifying individual visitors.
