Enquiry data
When you send the quotation form or an e-mail we receive the details you enter: name, company, e-mail address, country, quantity, message and any drawing you attach. The form reaches our mailbox through the form service Web3Forms and also tells us the page you came from, the first page of your visit and, if another website sent you here, its address. We use these details only to answer the enquiry and to prepare the quotation, sample and order that follow from it. Enquiry data is kept for as long as the commercial relationship requires and deleted on request.
Server logs and hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. Standard server logs (IP address, requested page, time, browser) are processed to deliver the pages and to protect the site against abuse, and are kept for a limited period.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no advertising cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
We also use Google Analytics 4, a Google service, to see how visitors find and use the site. It records the pages viewed, scrolling, downloads, clicks on links to other websites and on our e-mail address, and use of the quotation form (started, sent), together with where a visit came from (website, search engine or campaign link), the approximate location (country and city, derived from the IP address, which Google Analytics does not store), the device and the browser. The content of the form is never passed to Google Analytics. Google Analytics sets cookies whose names begin with _ga; they expire two years after your last visit. Data on individual visits is deleted after 14 months at the latest. Google may process the data outside your country, including in the United States.
In the EU, the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland these cookies are set only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner; until then Google receives only signals without cookies or identifiers (Google Consent Mode). In other countries Google Analytics is on by default and you can switch it off with “Decline”. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; declining deletes the Google Analytics cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its processing, by writing to info@bushingmfg.com.
