Самоустанавливающиеся керамические шарикоподшипники

Самоустанавливающиеся керамические шарикоподшипники используют керамические шарики и требуют минимальной регулировки. Чаще всего используется в системах, где требуется подшипник с большим углом поворота (более 10000 градусов), а также в системах, где требуется быстрое перемещение (один оборот в минуту).

Внутреннее кольцо может свободно вращаться, но наружная дорожка качения не может перемещаться в осевом направлении из-за интерференции, возникающей между этой фиксирующей частью и дорожками качения наружного кольца. Этот тип подшипников нуждается в очень небольшом дополнительном зазоре для смазки для снижения трения.
