Customer Story: How We Handled a Precision Bushing Inquiry
A month ago, we got an inquiry from an overseas customer who needed a bunch of precision bushings—some standard, some with special slots. Right from the start, they asked a lot of detailed questions: different sizes, prices for various quantities, shipping cost to Singapore, material structure, lead time, and so on.
As soon as we got their request, our team jumped into action. We double-checked all the details with our engineers and quickly put together a clear, detailed quote. Every part number, size, price, MOQ, and delivery time was listed out, and we even calculated the shipping cost upfront so the customer didn’t have to keep asking.

Once they confirmed the final list and quantities, we got production and shipping lined up. If we had stock, we shipped immediately; for custom items, we let them know the lead time. We also handled all the logistics and paperwork to make things easy for them.
By the end, the customer told us they loved how smooth and responsive our communication was, and how reliable we seemed. They even asked about working with us long-term!
